England don't tend to do this with players, that's the main thing that makes it unlikely to happen. In terms of quality he seems to have enough....

To the best of my memory Belguim are the only other decent national side he does qualify for aside from England so in terms of that he may well be interested.

Given he has so many potential nationalities maybe he himself struggles to put himself down as one distinct nationality and is more open to choosing based on reasoning rather than love....
