While neither Spurs or Liverpool have really been close to challenging for the league recently, Spurs have been much more of a threat to the top 4. May change this season but for the last few years it's been the same 5 teams at the top.

I'd say its a big 6,wouldn't include Everton atm.

Throughout those same last few seasons Spurs fans have argued that previous seasons do not count, it's the current season that matters, therefore Liverpool should currently be considered.
