Actually an electrical engineer. Just spewed a verbose load of twaddle. And yes, in layman's terms, something that 90% full like a cup of somethin would often be said to be "about full". No amount of techno-babble would refute the fact that "not much between them" and "on par" are different. You may realize that when you grow a brain somehow.
