mid table as in 7th and under? if so then i think it will be seriously considered

-------

Maybe doing well in other competitions would save him?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

yes that will play a part but if our league position isnt good enough then it might not be enough

we have 3 games against stoke, norwich (fa cup) and fulham next. i am confident we will win these 3 and will put us in a good position to face arsenal at home who we always beat.

ignore the fact pellegrini has won nothing in europe and mourinho was a failure at real madrid constantly getting his ass handed to him by barca
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
yeah ignore the fact that mouriho was not a failure at real at all, he in fact broke barca's dominance and also ignore the fact that mourinho has done magical things like winning the cl with inter and porto or producing the best premier league side ever in his first season at chelsea

unless you are a simpleton, you can not attack mourinho's record. he guarantees trophies. moyes does not guarantee anything.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

yeah he guarantees trophies with a lot of cash spent. he has nothing else to fall back on except that porto win.

he failed in la liga - barca won 3 of the 4 titles and whooped real 4-0/5-0 on a few occasions. he also won nothing in europe when barca won 2 champions league and 7 odd trophies in a season.

and your saying he broke the barca dominance?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

jose was only at real for 3 seasons ffs

if they didnt win the CL that could have been the end of them
===========================================

no no no

Roman is very passionate about chelsea and would just rebuild quickly again
No way would it be the end of them, chelsea arent making massive losses any more so they could get potential buyers easily. They are a big club around the world believe it or not
----------------------------------------------------------------------

finishing outside champions league places without champions league football means a lot of lost revenue and needing to spend more on players.

SLM will tell you that

chelsea are finally self sustaining after roman wrote of the debt - why would he go out and spend hundreds of millions again when FFP is just around the corner?

Everton lost this brilliant manager and supposedly their best player and yet they look a much much better football team.

Say what you like but that's because Moyes is gone. You're the new Everton.

Look, I can't be bothered arguing with people who feel the need to add a year to the length of time Jose spent at Madrid to put a negative spin on his time there. But if you are going to use his record against barca in head to head games, it is just plain stupid! He couldn't beat them to begin with, he changed his approach and by the time he left barca couldn't beat Madrid. Look at the records, it is there in black and white.

Mourinho really wasn't a failure at Real. There were reasons for me why he didn't do slightly better, but he still did well with them.

Is everyone a wum who asks you a question you can't or wont answer?

Moyes has always been average. Now he's average and scared and would sooner hang on for a draw than go for a win.

Average and scared = failure

I don't think United will finish lower than 7th but I think it could be tight as to whether they make top 4. We know the change of manager is already taking its toll on the level of results, it's just a matter of how much it will by the end. I think we can pretty much rule them out of winning the title already, and probably second place. Who knows where they could finish between 3rd place and I'd say 6th or 7th.

he was a failure end of. the amount of money he spent and still got humiliated by barca.

one league win and one cup win is not good enough when he was brought in to compete with barca and given unlimited funds to do so.

Why is this tool Heisenberg discussing about Jose when the topic is about Moyes?
Or does he find it difficult to list Moyes' achievements?
