You doubt Fawaz won't pay too much attention to me?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sorry lad that's my role
Remember who was the only one fan probably in the whole of the world who said Billy would come back <>cool>
Here's my next prediction. Billy will be the manager who leads us into the PL mark my words
I hope you are correct SBD.
I hope you are correct SBD.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
I am
It will take time though and it won't be simple as some fans think, this is Forest we are supporting so you should know that.
If we can be top 6 by Christmas then I will be confident, as Jan I think will add those couple of important faces.
If not this year then deffo next but I hope it will be this year.
Even though I'm worried what next week will hold as fester are flying and we have just been kicked in the teeth in terms of results.
I am not suggesting we get rid - and looking at the 'calibre' of managers we have had over the last decade, he has certainly been one of the more successful. But this has come at a price.
Not just financial (and let's face it, Calderwood got us promoted from our dark days in the third division by splashing the cash, so that's nothing new), but the complete news blackout from the City Ground (with the exception of Natalie Jackson's pre-scripted 'journalism' means that we really have no idea what's happening. I know that many large multinational corporates are run similarly, but this is not meant to be a faceless entity - this is our football club! It all leaves a nasty taste in the mouth, and I just wish they could be a little more open and honest with their supporters.
I didn't think it would be long until we had this.
Oh I mean I was so much happier with the pre-madona awful interviews with SOD, so we should sack Billy because of this.
Seriously the club is the most open it has ever been since I have been supporting the club and if it has to stay this way for this to be so, then so be it.

The problem between this stint with Billy nd the last one is that we are way too expectant. I think a lot of people think we should be top 2 all season and if that isn't so then to moan.
The last time billy was here we didn't expect much and then we came so close to being promoted.
Yes I know this is a natural thing after everything is going off but we are 6th not 16th so I do not see the panic and the season is still very much young, so we have plenty of time and a transfer market to sort the last bits out.
Remember target is top 6 by jan and we will go from there.

No, I'm not suggesting we get rid of Billy, but ask listened to BBC Radio Nottingham on the way home after the match, I was surprised by the number of interviews from Notts County management and staff compared to Forests.
He is obviously very passionate about his team - that is clear when you watch him in the technical area. I wish that we could play with as much freedom at home as we do when we're away, as we have the potential (with Reid, Raddi, Abdoun, Lansbury et al) to give someone a proper walloping!
Is that your reply to another poster whom you know nothing about? Small minded and presumptuous of you but I think you will find your the only one with a low iq so toddle along and be quiet until you can learn to be supportive.
To be honest I don't think our expectaions are high enough, when Leiceser win 3-0 away at Watford it is an ok result (from their manager) if we did it, we would be talking about it for ages, just like when we beat West Brom 3-1.
We should be winning games like this.
Sorry - 'ask' should read 'as I'. And I really want Billy to succeed for the obvious (and very selfish) reason that when he does we will be dining at the top table! Yum yum
Redforever. You come into a discussion and tell a fellow fan to support Derby!
Do you expect no response?
I am and have always been critical of Davies. Questioning the manager does not put into question the support of the team; and quite frankly thinking that is just daft.
The manager is part of the team surly ? I get the feeling you were happier with the wolly in charge hence the a52 comment
your the only one with a low iq

Glad to see that the OP was sarcastic.
There are genuine grounds for concern (Jim Price, BD's relatives getting picked for youth team games), and these are potentially serious.
But for now, we're a Championship club with a decent chance of going up, Whether we'd survive in the Premiership is another matter, but it sure beats fighting off relegation!

Treedom has it in for Vidal.
He is a very Marmite manager, no matter how you spread it.
