Well said Robb.

Robb. I agree.

December will be a test of squad strength if nothing else and the teams we play have smaller squads than us so I expect an upturn in results. Let's hope so anyway!

I'm afraid I don't share your optimism.

Hope you're right though

The oddsfather says 10/1

In a daft way seeing United without SAF is quite exciting as we have been used to his team for so long churning out the results.

It is harder supporting United now but I can guarantee some of the younger supporters that when success comes it will be all the sweeter.

A clean sweep in December is not out of the question and we should cling on to that.

Not too long ago Bayern and Barca have been struggling in their own league and turned it around therefore let's be positive now.

I don't think we'll win every game in December and with games every 3 games i'm sure there will be one or two silly results but I reckon 5 or 6 wins will take us up the table.

should results go our way in the 4pm games, we will be maybe 3 points off 2nd so that fact we are 8th ain't too much to worry about.

Our next 6 games are very winnable, win 5 of those and we will be at least in the top 3

Taken individually we probably should but with games coming thick and fast there will probably be some weird results. Arsenal are due those as they are the only ones really who haven't had them.

In any case really looking forward to the December period and hopefully we can be in the mix by January and get someone in (even on loan) to improve the first XI.

We need to be there or there abouts come January and then SPEND SOME BLOODY MONEY !!!

Baines is 99% coming IMO which will give us far more attacking impetus on the left and maybe, just maybe we shall get Cabaye who is storming it for Newchateau.

Liverpool definitely are not a title challenging team.

They'll be up there. They just need to buy a striker to replace Sturridge if he's out for a long time.

Nick Powell just scored

Cabaye was available for £20m in the summer but nobody would go for it, not even moneybags PSG.

And Saints scored after 15 seconds! Jose out!

It was weird that no-one went for him but the guy is class. I hope we do go for him.

"They'll be up there"

If you mean in the top half then yeah.

Top 4 IMO.

Didn't Arsenal bid for him, although it was pretty low.

People may laugh but I genuinely don't think Chelsea will be in the top 4.
