Walcott had a good game today, he was dragging the Spurs defenders out of position a lot. His runs were very dangerous.

But let's be honest, with his back to goal, he was pretty crap and probably won't improve much in this regard. We can get away with him up front against the smaller sides, (west ham let him score a header ffs) but against the big teams you need more of a physical presence. I think it was bayern last season, the defenders just ate him up.

Was very encouraged with Theo's perfromance today though, as I said, I wouldn't be against seeing him against the lesser teams.

Theo up top on his own away from home could work, especially with Ozil in the side.

I do think he's better coming from wide, however. But that combination of pace, movement and creativity in Cazorla, Rosicky, Gnabry and Theo was very good today.

Both Walcott and Giroud bring completely different attributes to the striker role. It could be chopped and changed depending on form, fitness and opponents.

At United we've always had different types of strikers in the squad. I think in some ways it has contributed to the lack of cohesion and disjointed style of play, however, in terms of how in many situations it's got us results it's a valuable asset to have in your squad, in my opinion.

Theo missed a couple of decent chances aswell. Giroud would've got a bit of stick for missing them.

Theo has improved so much over the last few years. His touch and technique are actually very good now, still a little inconsistent though.

It's just a shame he treated the club like he did with his contract saga, he'd be a firm favourite of mine now if he hadn't, especially after his stretcher antics today

I filtered GT about 2 months ago and I haven't looked back since. One of the best decisions I've ever made on this site, he was really starting to get under my skin.

He didn't treat the club poorly with his contract saga. There is no doubt that Chelsea and City were offering him more money than we did, he should be commended if anything.

People can have short memories about these things. A few were agitating for Podolski just 2 weeks ago, until his stinker against Cardiff. They forgot Podolski had shockers against the likes of Sunderland and United last season playing there and kept talking about his decent game against Wigan. Wigan had the worst defensive record in the league, had both their starting CB's out and were probably exhausted from the FA Cup final just 3 days earlier.

I'm no fan of Giroud but he is our best striking option. And Bendtner is second. Then Walcott. And Podolski at the bottom. Walcott should play as our right-sided forward. No reason to tinker wth it.

I didn't say he treated them poorly, doesn't mean he wasn't a bit of a díck though.

Hahaha Samir. He's a good guy. But you're right. The forum experience increases by a tenfold when you filter him. I really recommend it lads. He didn't take too kindly to it. Tracked me down on Twitter and sent me rants. Very creepy.

Dog, who did he say that to?

Poor GT, he seems so angry this season even though you're doing so well.

That's amazing.

I have a question, I've seen Arsenal fans taking the mick out of GT saying do not wonder, can someone explain that to me?
