Seriously speaking, we look a LOT more solid with Milner at left back.
This is what was needed, someone dependable devoid of brain fart moments.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And for everyone who says how good Moreno is going forward, does anyone genuinely think he could have seen and made the pass to Firmino for our first? More a point of how good Milner is at reading the game, rather than a dig at Moreno.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You can bet when Milner does have a bad game at LB there will be people queuing up to have a pop at him on here saying Moreno is the better option. Klopp is right to be giving Milner a chance at LB ahead of Moreno.
So far he has looked solid and he has assisted goals.
-----------
They already had a pop at him and then asked why Clyne doesn't get the same pelters when he was at fault in the Burnley game.
Fact is Milner has adapted his game to play LB in a matter of months, whereas Moreno has had years to improve his game at LB and hasn't done.
It makes a world of difference to our game to have someone dependable there.

"I had 2 managers, Rodgers & Klopp. Their methods & who they were as people didn't leave a good impression on me."
"Apart from the fans, who were fantastic, & some players who I got on well with, I was not impressed by the level."

Fun game here , guess the player?
Would that be that Nice player that just scored 6 minutes into his debut?
i expected better from coutinho

'I was not impressed by the level'
That would be fine if he scored 35 goals and left because he felt he was too good for the team.
Not really sure you can score a handful of goals and say the level wasn't good enough though.

Terry left the Liberty Stadium on crutches today, looks a doubt for our match. Say it quietly but I'd fancy our attack against Luiz and Cahill.
I'd fancy our attack against any defence in the league. We have some serious squad depth up front. Just hope everyone gets enough minutes to stay happy. If Ings/Origi are limited to 15 minutes here and there are they going to stick around?
I'd put money on origi getting more game time than sturridge this season.
