I'd sooner he came in as an assistant to someone who's been doing the job for a while. It's great he's doing/done his badges but there's a huge difference applying it practically.
Don't think that's stating that Gerrard will fill any vacancy!

Don't think Klopp will be peed off at all. Why would he?
Nobody is saying Gerrard will be U23 boss either.
Promote from within and make space for Gerrard lower down, so he works his way up like anyone else has the opportunity to do.
