I always thought house moving was way over played. The only ball ache is going through what you want to keep.

I’ve moved 25 times and it’s a nightmare

I moved out my last place and had to get a 2 week Airbnb before I could move into my new place on the 2nd so next week. Just beeen told the woman moving out has pulled out so we are now homeless unless we find a place before Tuesday. No stress at all

That's slightly different though. Also, why are you moving out until you have exchanged with the place you are moving to?! I get that you are put under pressure if you are in a chain but there is no way I'm moving until I get the contracts moving into the new place.

Currently renting. Only lived with the mrs for a year so not up for buying yet even though I’ve owned property for the last 20 years. Our contract was up and the new place had a 2 week gap so we got an air bnb. All docs signed but the lady moving out lost her appeal for an American visa. I blame trumpety trump.

Got 3 viewings tomorrow morning and getting a one month rental in between until we find somewhere. Mrs is really pucky. This London market is a nightmare. Everything is next day and the estate agents are the biggest caaants going In London. I’m actually banned from using Foxtons after grabbing the last agent by the throat after he refused to release my deposit.
