Dybala and Ndombele to Spurs makes them a really really really good team this season.

Expect them to be a lot closer to the top than last season.

Though the same with the raft of good players they bought with the Bale money too

Have to wait and see, they could flop massively just as easily as improve them. I can only assume Dybala would get more game time at Spurs than he would with us. He's not really better than what we already have. I'm more curious to see if they pay him more than the established Spurs "stars". That could cause massive unrest if so. The players being told for years they have to stay within the wage structure, then all of a sudden Johnny-come-lately strolls in and blows them all to twattery on the wages.........

I don't get why we're not all over Dybala at that price. Wage demands are crazy but it sounds like that's more because he didn't want to join United.

They were not good players with the Bale money though.

Also it looks like they've finally released the purse strings a little at Spurs so I expect to see a few increased contracts over the coming season. They are owned by a billionaire I can absolutely see them spending the money considering they are so close to the top.

Exactly what we should be doing but we chose to sit on our hands.

Don't think it would be too different to when we had Coutinho and were regularly rotating.

Opportunities to get a player like Dybala for £60m don't come along too often.

Whilst i don’t think anything will happen for us today, if anything is to happen it wouldn’t be a major shock to me if it was Fernandes to come in.

We have been interested in him, his moves to United and spurs haven’t materialised and no one else seems to be pushing. Who knows, something might be able to be done late on.

We played Shaq and Keita up with them last season without the world falling in.

Ah the hindsight police are in. The players they brought in we very highly thought of at the time. Though of course you probably hadn't heard of any of them I assume. Eriksen was one of them btw. Capoue was very highly thought of, as was Paulinho. Soldado had a better than 1 in 2 strike rate in Spain. Lamela injuries aside is still a good player.

Exactly its a myth that Klopp would not rotate front 3. He just doesn't have the quality in the backup.

I still don’t get the fuss with Sessegnon. It’s a lot of money for a very average player imo.

The other 3 would be good signings though.

Because Klopp is largely fixed on having that front three when fit? What we think matters not one jot. He basically said so himself in that interview this week.

Could easily turn out like Bakayoko, Naughton, Di Maria and Crespo.

Not saying they will do but people proclaiming that so and so have had a brilliant window could be looking silly by the spring.
