Imagine earning loads of money through crypto and wasting it on a canal boat...

Trebled my money on Ethereum using a tracker fund rather than holding it direct. Perhaps a mistake as I'll inevitably incur brokerage when I sell it but hey ho.

Also bought it at a shiiiiit time so delighted it went up in value.

You dont make the same money with a fund compared to when you can hold it direct in your wallet. I make the effort to study the white paper and the tokenomics of the project most of the time before I invest.

We have different kind of projects now like defi and nfts which are hot at this moment and you can trade this on a dex like uniswap. The only disadvantage is the high fees on the Ethereum chain which will be fixed with the eip-1559 upgrade in the next few months.

A lot of crypto is purely luck to be fair because of how volatile it is.

I invested in some about 3 months ago, it rose about 50% in the immediate 2 weeks after I invested but since then will constantly rise about 10-20% before dropping back down again.

Then you have the people who were jammy enough to get bitcoin for $10 back in 2012 and now it's worth about $50k

Coutinho's wages are massive. Would be a good player to have though and would increase competitiveness in the squad, say if the club can sell Grujic, Ox and Shaqiri for a £50m total (for example) and sign Coutinho at £35m.

Although the issue this season has been quantity of players rather than quality.

Suarez would definitely be a good short term solution to Firmino's issues and he could fulfill his role (and more) very well.

I doubt he will be on the same wages wherever he goes next.. he needs to rebuild his reputation now. If he wants Megabucks, only PSG seem likely..

It would still be a large chunk I imagine regardless of how much of a cut he would take, unless he does go to PSG as you say for instance which could happen given his heritage.

Coutinho is in decline. Why get another 29 year old (start of next season) when we already have the front 3 at that age. We need to evolve with younger players. I've already said get Grealish or the cheaper version would be Aouar.

The allure of coutinho and Suarez in the short term is that they are proven quantities in this league.. how many Pepe's, Werner's etc have we missed out on who haven't seemed to cut it here..

Jota had proven quality in the league, as did Virgil, Mane, Hendo, Robbo, Wijnaldum.

Grealish would be a good shout, think he will cost a wedge though
