City are just Tories really.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This. But on the whole, top level football is just too corporate for me these days. I go to my local non league team. Fan-owned, can mix with away support who are always well behaved and up for a chat and you can have a beer in the stands. £12 a ticket or a season ticket is about £150 which is far more manageable than the better part of a grand LFC charges - if you ever make it off the waiting list that is.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I go and watch Radford Town every now and then and it's great. I think a few fans are going in that direction.

They raffle off things like those massive Toblerones after the match, you can have a pint with the owner snd players, all that.

Many years ago I used to go to Brentford if I ever just fancied turning up and watching a game of football. Can't do that these days!

You did occasionally get an early look at players that would go on and make it big. Szczęsny looked like the best keeper in the league even as a 19 year old loanee!

Same story for Bournemouth for me, haven’t gone since they got into the Championship!

I have no time watching players struggling with their first touch and their second touch to be a tackle. If you love watching players running like headless chickens and lower quality of football then I have no problem with it.

Since Trent Alexander-Arnold moved into the hybrid midfield role, he's made more line-breaking passes (101) than any other player in the Premier League #LFC

His passing profile has changed, breaking lines centrally much more often than before. Source: StatsBomb.

We should buy a DM and LCB who needs to be very good in 1v1 duel's to accommodate Trent.

I play 7 a side with Moroccans and Algerians (Boca being Dutch Moroccan) and these boys are techy and if you are not up to it they let you know. Luckily my touch is pretty good.

I’ve seen nothing whatsoever from Boca to suggest he’s tetchy in anyway.

Well, apart from the online threats and putting a curse on me. That aside, he’s a perfectly reasonable person.

With tourists at games, many nationalities represented in players and staff, cultural diversity and record viewership in every corner of the earth what with being the greatest TV show on earth, the Premier League has basically become the world league. Some local fans will not like what it's become and will opt to follow smaller teams. We sold out to the money ages ago but if we hadn't done it then someone else like Spain or Italy would be occupying that spot.

The fact I comment on a football forum about football doesn't mean I take it seriously.

I know you don't like football related stuff and maybe you can create a thread to talk about those Spurs posters.
