Ugarte to PSG now and watch Chelsea try to hijack one of our midfield targets

They didn't want to pay the wages apparently.

Maybe they're starting to realise how much they've messed up.

I never knew Fred was a tory.

I got some mortgage renewal quotes over the weekend and I think my payments are going to go up by £700 per month! I blame Fred and the rest of the who put Liz Truss in charge.

Rees-Mogg was Fred's best man apparently

Anyone here had good experiences with mortgage brokers? I've never used one before, do they generally get access to better rates than advertised or is it not really a thing these days?

That's a crowded field. Lots of deeply unpleasant people in the tory party (imo/experience).

Going through this at the moment, we have a friend who is a broker and she gives great advice but pretty much every product she's suggested, we have also found ourselves on L&C.

I think it's useful to get advice, market info and a little forecast

Kane would be a very good fit for them. He has exactly the attributes they need and is a clinical finisher.

Blimey that's a great shout. Is Benzema rumoured to be leaving though? Seems like he's still going strong and delivering output

Thanks mate. I'm assuming the advice was pretty much, don't tie yourself down for too long or look for low exit rates so you can react when rates drop again?
