Don't get me wrong I've not seen much of Kvarartshkelia but is he really better than Diaz?

Depends what you want. He'll score more goals. Less skillful and perhaps not as tenacious as Diaz but if the idea was to replace Salah's output, he has a better chance of hitting his numbers, from the left. We'd then be playing Diaz on the right, which could work in the inverted system where the player on the right needs to be wider and be more of a provider.

I'm in the Gash train, we should be all over that, if it wasn't our last priority of course

These days I'm more interested in enjoying watching the football than just winning so I want Diaz type players who bring joy on the pitch

If it's to stop a Bayern reject who plays attacking mid when we desperately need a DM I'm happy to provide an alibi for Kash.

He's not an attacking midfielder. He's also not a reject. His competition are two of the best midfielders in Europe in Kimmich and Goretzka. Kimmich basically played every game and when Goretzka didn't play mostly Sabitzer played in the first half of the season before his loan and then Gravenberch the second half.

Gravenberch not in training today and a plane is on its way.
