A decent CB would take it to a 9.

I'm giving it an 8 but I'm already a big fan of Szoboszlai, AMA and Gravenberch. Endo looks a solid signing fir the price. A lcb of quality would be a 9, a lcb and DM wouldve been a 10.

Defence is duck taped while the DM I don't think he's Good enough and I hope it does not mean Mac playing DM more than he needs to.

Transfers out dont add or take anything for me,not exactly happy with the loss of Hendo and Fab though we got ok money for them. Whilst getting rid of Ox and Keita for nothing aint great but its 2 absolute sicknotes and some good wages off the squad.

Don't think there's any issues with quantity.

The only players we lost with any meaningful minutes were Hendo, Fab, Milner and Bobby, and Bobby was already replaced by Gakpo.

One player should be enough to cover all of Keita, Ox and Carvalho's playing time.

6/10 is fair

we are clearly lacking a CB and a DM thats the quantity issue.

Rightly or wrongly I think Klopp must rate Quansah highly and also doesn't want an out and out DM anymore.

All the CB talk by journos was that we were after a young one who wouldn't be a starter for a while anyway, so Quansah fits that bill.

I think we'll sign Andre in Jan and he's the DM.

Though Endo might see us through short term maybe even as short as jan if we then get Andre. CB is more of an issue for me. Konate/Matip/Gomez will struggle to cover rcb between them if we go by history. So quansahs covering them and vvd basically. We will lose Matip and we need a Konate partner if hes ever gonna complete a season and a vvd long term replacement anyway.

When have they ever completed a full season, like close to max prem apps? Whens VVD had the same cb partner for the majority of a season?
