Yes, pretty much. Before his long term lay off i was more impressed with Badger tiits than ive ever been witth Endo. Not that Endos been bad hes done a fine job. Looking at the squad now hes prob the best in it suited for a dm kind of role. A role im not convinced Slots particularly after but even still hes more suited to the more ball playing role too.

Personally id rather see him given chances over Endo and would rather lose Endo over him. Not that im unhappy with the loan or anything, im for it even. Just find it interestitng.

They relaxed the rules last year. You don't need to have played in an international game. Five youth games, at the relevant level in a relevant league, of which Brazil is one.

Seems odd, but a year of regular playing time for Barcelona would be beneficial, I think their defensive midfielder got a bad injury the other day, might mean he could get decent minutes.

Keep him well clear from Barca. They will play with his mind if he impresses and make him want to leave us.

The loan “imo” is good for all parties

Tricky one, Barca clearly the better team in a stronger league with better players. Obv hes a Spanish lad too. But is it wise given their record with youth and injuries? With Bajcetic just back from issues.

Salzburgs a decent level with CL footy and a manager and staff that know all about him.

This. Plus he'll be backup you'd imagine. If he's going on loan he needs to be starting most games.
