Big game tomorrow under the Anfield lights, crowd gonna be up for this one.
Villa on a poor run of form so I’m thinking we should have too much.
3-1.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Arsenal and city with tricky fixtures also
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah hard to call them games tbf
Morning boys, I'm going for a win too, 2-0
So the Tchouameni rumor's are doing the rounds again, whether we believe it or not is one thing, the question I would ask is, would he get into our midfield at the moment ? If yes, then who for ?
Well if one of jones grav szobaszlai or AMA get injured we look a bit dodgy. If 2 get injured we look screwed. We've got players like Diaz Nunez Jota and Gakpo playing sporadically so don't see why tchouameni in addition to our current players would look any worse. We clearly need another midfielder in my opinion.
First of all we need to see if he is a Slot type of player cos RM rarely play him in midfield which is a alarm bell and we know Slot wants 360 degrees midfielders. Under Klopp he was always ideal.
Mac has not played well this season so will be good to give him some competition. Both Dom and Jones are 10 options primarily while the backup to Grab and Mac is Endo. We still need another midfielder in Jan.
I still sort of think we won't go for a DM in Jan, Gravenberch nailing that spot has surely changed our position since the summer. Maybe I'm wrong, Morton seemed adequate back-up beyond Endo
Could Tchouameni cover CB by the way? Not really watched much of him, also don't really believe he's leaving either

So much wrong with these statements
That's fine, just giving my view
Relying on Grav as our only DM is short sighted tbh. Clearly Slot doesn’t rate Endo that much, Grav and Tchouameni with Mac pushed further forward in place of Szob would be what I’d go for in the big games.
Having Tchouameni in the squad does give you a more confident feel about the squad though. Our options would be brilliant, would there be a better midfield in the prem if he signed ?
Jota:
Liverpool boss Arne Slot on Diogo Jota's return: "We expect him back in the first weeks after the international break."
On his injury: "There is privacy about this. He will be back one or two games after the international break."
Looks like he will be back after the City game.
How many games do we think we will actually see Chiesa in for us before he leaves?

In January he will be like a new signing
If he doesn't make it here then some Italian mid table club will take him. We'll probably make a profit on him too.
I wouldn't write him off just yet. It sounds more like they're being really careful to build up his fitness as opposed to letting him play at full intensity and get injured.
Might take another few months though.

Can't remember where I read this but apparently they're treating this like a pre-season for him
Slot just said he didn't have a preseason and then everyone started adding their theories to that little statement
So I hear Jota will be back for Xmas (maybe)

It would make sense. It's not like we're desperate for him to play so easing him with as little pressure as possible sounds sensible. And of course Klopp did similar with a few players.
hes averaging 80 minutes per goal contribution, great signing imo.
