I'm sure the Suarez deal has taken up an enormous amount of time and we won't have teams and teams of people in fact I suspect there is only one. Only so many hours in the day.

My worry is markovich attitude.
Matic said that he was a lazy trainer. But if he could be encouraged to work harder he could be one of the best in the world.
However suarez was seen as a similar gamble. And it's these sort of transfers we need to Make and have come off!
To be honest, whilst markovic is a great prospect, I'm a bit concerned that his style is very similar to coutinho/lallana. I'm mainly talking about their strengths and where they tend to find themselves when in possession. Do we need to spend another 25 million on a player where we already have four very good players.

Coutinho/Lallana/Sterling, who is the 4th?

Perhaps he means suso ?
either way, we play with a rather fluid midfield three or four..
when playing in the four last season coutinho played at the sides of the diamond, lallana will also, it wont hurt to have another player who can play right across the front 4
Really hope we see some of Suso in action this season. So much talent is there and Brendan can get the best out of talent, evidenced by Sterling, Flanno and Henderson amongst others.
That's why signings like Markovic and Can are good ones for the future as they are in good hands.
Suso will be gone by the end of the window unless he commits to a new contract.
markovic seens more like sterling, salah

I saw that Ilori but it doesn't half look like he's boarding a flight away from John Lennon
From what I've seen of Markovic he doesn't look a £20m player but just going to have to trust the Scouts/Rodgers on this one.
good because hes only 19mil
On the Arsenal board he will be down as £30m
good because hes only 19mil
------------------------------------
Absolute bargain then.
But I thought his release clause was €25m which comes out closer to £20m than £19m
Someone on the Arsenal board yesterday said Charlie Adam was £20m
I don't understand why Arsenal fans are such idiots.
They celebrated the Sanchez signing more than winning the FA cup. They are like children - they aren't happy if they don't have a shiny new player every season. Sanchez was the least needed signing they could have made considering they are weak in defence, goal, up front and central midfield...
