Snoop actually talks like that in real life
"The Hamsterdam series slightly annoyed me, due to the plausibility factor"
Wow, explain!! That was one of the most important bits of the whole series.
That scene where Cutty is stiff scared to ask Avon for $10,000 dollars to fund a new boxing gym venture, only to have Avon stare at him silently for a few seconds, then burst out laughing and have Slim Charles throw Cutty $5,000 extra
Avon
The Walking Dead is the only TV series I've watched.
All these other programmes just don't interest me, Breaking Bad, The Sopranos, Prison Break etc.

You're missing out mate.
The Sopranos & The Wire arguably are the greatest TV shows of all time. Then you have the likes of Breaking Bad & True Detective which are also great in their own right.
The Walking Dead is garbage in comparison.

That was brilliant too!! He wasn't even asking for 10k then, just a fraction of it in return for hanging his picture on the wall was it?
I watched the first episode of the Sopranos and almost fell asleep. Is was about ducks ffs
I also watched the first episode of True Detective, it was decent but not decent enough for me to continue watching
I have a feeling Snoop kills people after sleeping with them.
Anyone here finished the Walking Dead? So good
True Detective is a bit weird. I liked it, but I wouldn't put it up there with the best.
The Sopranos and Prison Break are true TV classics.

Give 6 episodes minimum. Guarantee you'll love it.
I finished the Walking Dead and I'm currently ruing all that time I've wasted.

Prison Break
Seasons 1 and 2 were brilliant.
At season 3 though, the writers just seemed to go completely cuckoo.

I loved it! So so good.
It's following an anthalogoy format, so season one was standalone. Season two will feature a completely new set of characters, a new story line and a new setting.
Rumour has it Brad Pitt will play a leading role next season
Prison Break
Seasons 1 and 2 were brilliant.
At season 3 though, the writers just seemed to go completely cuckoo.
Can't really disagree you with you there but I loved it.
I am I the only one who was disappointed with the ending of The Sopranos? I was kinda underwhelmed tbh. Amazing series though.
The only reason I watched The Walking Dead was because my ex loved it so much I just had to watch on default.

It was just that I found it took a teeny bit of a stretch of imagination for me to process that story line. Don't get me wrong, I know it was central to the plot, and I enjoyed the story, but just felt that it was a little unlikely that such a situation would play out the way it did. I'm sure there is some real life precedent to disprove me, but with the rest of the show so completely 'real' feeling, it just didn't quite ring true to me. It doesn't take away from this being an amazing series though.

Just to add, if you like the tv show then read Homicide: A year on the killing streets (and watch a couple of episodes of it) and the Corner, they are the books by David Simon. Utterly brilliant.

This, the mini series the corner is also excellent
