Did you or did you not use the words I quoted?
Do those words not give the overall impression you have little faith in his abilities as a coach?
Or are you just typing any old shiite to try and make a case out of a car crash article?
So you don't think handling press conferences via a translator when you can speak English is stupid...
If so you must be stupid...
Ah personal insults, the last bastion of a failed article
It stops him being misrepresented by the media...after AVB's consolidification and Sherwood's inane drivel I'd say he's pretty clever

No I don't, it's done him no harm - he's got the best job in the land
If so you must be stupid...

Righto.
Stats lie GBM....Sherwood also had the worst loss rate and the 6th best total win rate...and yes, he was worse than horse shi.t
I liked AVB, though his stubbornness finished him in the end. If he had the ability to change he could have been very good for us.
I don't buy the 'not good enough for us', we haven't won anything for ages and we're not rich enough to compete with the big boys. Yes we have history but we need to be realistic about where we stand in our own league and in Europe. We can attract good managers, but the very best will always go where the money and the success already is. As a result we either take next level down or young promising managers...in this case we went for the latter. Don't know if it will work out but if he brings attractive football back to the Lane he's done well in my book.
Verts... My point wasn't about the stats
My point was that the fact I don't think someone is good enough doesn't equate to I think he's crap.
I think Poch should be coaching a mid table PL or la liga team, cos that's where his experience level (and current abilities IMO) would be best suited. Not at Spurs.
Now if you think that means I think every manager not currently managing a top tier team is crap... so be it

The point is though, Rodgers and Martinez were managing mid-table teams when they got their chance. At some point you just have to put your faith in someone to step up...what Pochettino has done in 18 months at Saints makes me think he can make the leap. I'm really not convinced you can gauge the extent of his current abilities until he's been stretched.
No, the OP is horseshi.t, we're just trying to make it smell a bit nicer

I can't be bothered waiting up for the reply...personally I'm tired of the head coach of 'one of the worlds biggest clubs' being a rent a quote gobshite or totally incomprehensible
One of the world's biggest joke clubs
True Ginger...its a perfect example of a fail article

He used a translator to begin with to make sure his comments were expressed properly, it's called attention to detail.
He's not going to use an interpreter with us anyway according to press reports.. you're overreacting.
How about actually supporting him until he's at least had a few games to see how we're going to play?
By suggesting the likes of Laudrup and Moyes you've turned a shocking article into a joke.. this is up there with Chicken's "Sherwood showing up AVB."
Premature, and based on your own slightly skewed version of reality that the vast majority of people disagree with..
Night
Hang on, you've talked boll.ocks for the last few hours and just because you're in the minority of one we're all wrong for disagreeing?
You sound a lot like one of those blokes who only goes to games to have a moan, hacks everyone around you off and says you're entitled to your opinion because you paid for the ticket.

Don't have to make a case, like most people i've watched football all season and have been very impressed with how Southampton have played.
Now make a case for Laudrup.
Overly defensive?
You said I must be stupid if I didn't agree with you.
Laudrup (as manager)
Danish cup ('02)
Danish manager of the year ('02)
Danish league title ('05)
Danish cup ('05)
Danish manager of the year ('05)
Coppa del ray finalist with Getafe
Exciting football at Getafe
Saved Mallorca from relegation
League cup with Swansea....
Touch that... then holla back... mudafacker
PS Thanks wikipedia
Not that Laudrup would be one of my favorites but defo ahead of Poch
Now please make a strong case for Poch
