We only have two broadcasting slots at the moment. Depending on how it all goes we might try two + a floating slot for guests(phone in style). Or a panel of three or something. But when i say it is experimental. I really mean it. We have no idea how the new broadcasting server will handle things or how stable it will be. I was still fixing bugs in it yesterday.

Hope it goes well, Admin, sounds tremendous.

There is a long story behind that. Back mid 2008 Admin2 and I pitched a project that had a whisky expert at a distillery and a cocktail waiter at the ritz discussing how best to drink a new brand of whisky. There was to be two video broadcasting panels for each guy and spectators could watch it the two guys chat and drink. The project didn't go through and Admin2 and I sat with the code on a memory stick for around a year as we couldn't see any use for it... only for some Russian dude to create Chatroulette to take the internet by storm mid 2009. It is worth at least $20 million.

And all these years later the best idea you can come up with is me and BTG talking about the Petrofac Cup

When listening to myself the volume of the mic seems to fluctuate a lot.

Did you find this Admin or BTG?

Have a play around with it. It might be some some "auto gain" flag on your mic device or something. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/1735657?tstart=0

If you aren't using headphone it could be a feedback issue too. There is also a non linear drop off with mics, i think it is called the inverse square law. http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/ph4060/p406ex6.html

That's why headsets are more even than holding a mic.
