The key point really is that a greater number of undecided voters switched to Yes after the debate.

Watched the highlights and to me it seem Salmond is just winging it. Were teh crowd all from London and brought up on a bus just for the debate?

The key point is that the gap is the same as it was 2 years ago and thee are only a few weeks to go.

Loads of the don't knows will end up not voting at all.

The result will be No.

Never seen Salmond as rattled as that - looked silly at times.

Journos had Darling the 56-44 winner.

Serves Adolph right for bragging that Darling would get the 'heebie jeebbies' when he faced him.

Calzy maybe in 10-20 years I could change my mind.

Too many unanswered questions as the world is coming of of that mini depression.

Like a lot of Yes voters - I have a govt I didn't vote for in Scotland.

That's democracy - you can't win all the time just like football.

No, democracy is having the ability to change the government. We can't. We get who England elects.

And that, for a country, is unacceptable as far as I'm concerned.

And Shetland gets who the Central Belt votes for.

Is that acceptable to you ?

Are they a country? No

Do they consistently vote differently to the rest of Scotland? No

Have they got together, formed a political party, campaigned to change the status quo? No

Is this comparison in any way relevant? No

Do you like having England decide who is in power? Does it not bother you that your vote is basically meaningless?

My party has been in UK power for 13 out of the past 17 years so I cannot complain.

For those 13 years the tens of millions of English and Scots who voted Tory & Lib got a govt they did not vote for.

You state glibly that Scotland is a country with Salmond-like arrogance.

This surely is what September 19 is about and you will lose.

Cos most Scots think we are a proud nation with a unique culture, history etc. within a federal UK.

And will remain so.

<Scotland is a country though>

Last I looked it wasn't.

I'll tell you on Sept 20 if you're right.

And if it's a YES I'll accept the democratic result without complaint.

Will you ?

And would've been in power with or without your vote. Or any Scots vote for that matter.

If they don't need your vote, they won't listen. It's pretty simple.
