Talksport correspondent on transfer tavern said that cuadrado agent is in Manchester tonight
Talksport are chatting out of their backside as usual, my boy Di Marzio said his agent is still in Italy.
Just can't imagine the club letting it happen again.
Not in such an important year.
The last day usually guarantees at least a signing or two for the clubs that are actually looking for players. I'm sure some crazy last minute bids will be coming out of the woodwork then
Di marzio hahaha who??
It was a correspondent talking on talksport
no not worried, even if we didn't sign anyone else I still won't be worried
My guess is that the plan has been to get rid of players we don't need before getting anyone else in. The problem being we are finding it hard to shift anyone.
Don't think its a case of getting money in before spending again, just a matter of having too many numbers and possibly going into the season with them still here and not playing or not registered even, if we do, hopefully, get more players in.
If we leave it till the last day then we'll end up with another Fellaini, we have to give clubs time to find a replacement for a particular player. There's a reason why we rarely left things till the last minute under Ferguson, it's sloppy and it would have brought trouble like last year.

Seriously? We have three injury prone CB's, no back up for Shaw and apart from Herrera we've still not got enough quality in central midfield. Added to the fact we need a decent wide man, and we've got very bad players earning pretty high wages.
Di marzio doesn't know sh it
I was really hoping we would have two extra players alongside Shaw and Herrera for the Swansea game next week
Still another week til the start of the season. People getting their knickers in a twist far too early for me.
If we are in the same position this time next week then I may start getting very slightly concerned.
I am a little concerned although it would be impossible to predict what can happen in these next 22 days.
Woodwards words haven't helped (again) while LVGs words suggest he's covering his back should we fail on targets. We really should have learnt from last summer and sorted these deal. Just look at Chelsea, no fuss, got sh-t sorted.
Even when we its a player we do not want ppl moan
What is there to worry about? We will challenge with the players we have if they managed well. For me to be worried now is to be worried about LVG.
I know wanting new signings is like wenking to ponn ja606, but the rate of failures of new signings are quite high. Not every new signing becomes this wonderful player.
Anyone that comes in now is just gravy
Woodward three weeks ago said "watch this space" in an interview with MUTV, whilst also saying we can afford to break the transfer record for football players. He surely can't be stupid enough to make himself look like a donkey twice in a row?
Tomatoes, the squad is very short in defence and midfield. How does that make you think we will challenge?
Just imagine an injury to Rafael and one of our CBs (both highly likely), we'd basically be screwed.
It's clear to anyone we still need reinforcements and quality ones at that.
I think at the moment he has Valencia and young as cover for rafael and shaw. We also have Reece James and maybe varela or someone else promoted in the right back spot.
Central defence wise I think we need one more with jones, Evans, smalling and one defender promoted. Either Keane or Blackett or maybe both.
Central midfield worries me most still. Other than Herrera I just wish we would buy another top midfielder. Can't put up with the dross in the centre.
Not being in Europe is a saving grace at the moment with our current squad. If we had Europe we would be at least 5 players short IMO
We've still got the carling cup and FA cup, it's not just the league we have to face.
I personally have little faith in either of Young or Valencia's defensive game. Both have a hell of a lot to prove there.
Anyone here trying to convince themselves that the squad is ready to challenge is in serious need of medication.
van Gaal who has openly come out and said the squad is ready, doesn't even believe his own words as evident of the Vermaelen malarky.

Yes I know that. FA cup isn't until January when the window opens again.
Carling cup, well we will play our youngsters anyway.
I'm not going to sugar coat. I still think we need a good 3 players personally. But the squad isn't in terrible shape and IMO is more than equipped for top 4 now
Only if 4 very injury prone defensive players stay fit, it's quite a big risk.

Wouldn't bet against it.
David Moyes spoke big last season and that bit him on his skinny-golem-ass.
