spot on, it doesn't matter one bit, they won't be the only set of fans to be 'upset' by him this season.

It occurred to me yesterday, that Utd's summer spending spree probably amounts to way more than all the money we've spent on players in the clubs entire history.

Chucking money around doesn't always buy you a team.

We're 5 games into the season with almost a completely new first team you fool, they're going to take time to gel obviously.

I'm sorry but you spent £150 mil on your team, losing from 3-1 to 5-3 to a newly promoted team is nothing to do with the team gelling, it's about deeper issues.

Of course it's do so with that, they have a completely new system to get used to and new teammates. Yesterday was a freak result no way will that happen again against such average opposition.

However I do think teams like City, Chelsea and even yourselves will have a field day if our defence doesn't get sorted soon. At least our attack is looking good I suppose

I think Man Utd's problems are being overstated here. After all, it's not like you have to play us every week.

Seriously though, we're like the footballing equivalent of a plague of locusts right now. We may not be the biggest but our players are effective together and we just keep on coming. You can beat us of course, but the contest is not for the faint-hearted, which Man Utd were yesterday. Which, as the OP correctly states, is why you lost.

Blaming Clattenburg is a cop-out. Instead, you might want to blame Rafael for being one cog short of a working machine in not noticing that Vardy was eyeing him up and about to step across in front of him. Quite why he's still wearing a Man Utd shirt, I don't know; it's been blatantly obvious for years that he's not good enough for you, same with Smalling and Evans.

Wow the stunning arrogance of some posters from up North.
Wasn't nearly 10 seasons without a penalty being awarded against the home team at Old Trafford. (it seemed like it)

Diving Man united have history there your defender should of used his brain.

Deriding vardy for lack of behaving like a lower league player .....What did that make the foul mouth Mr Angry Rooney the Queen mother.

Its seems some of you cant except the fact you where Tactically beaten by a bunch of cannon fodder for the Big clubs.

Incidentally, don't speak badly of Vardy, or you get Nev on you like this.

He still hasn't forgiven me for suggesting there was a chance he might not be good enough to step up to the Premiership. (Incidentally Nev, the coolness of his finish yesterday has gone a long way toward convincing me otherwise.)

Just a side note, that Vardy character actually resembles a typical lower league English footballer, with his weasel face and asbo haircut, he looks like he should be on "The football league show" about midnight scoring for Morecambe or someone then running up to the crowd screaming "F uuking come oooooonnnnnnn"
We don't need his sort round here thank you.

---------------------

You seen Rooney recently? And falcao looks like he should be trafficking women.

Such a petty pathetic comment. You lost get over it at least your club can go out and spend another £150 million in January buying a defence and maybe one or two players that don't throw their toys out the pram when they don't get the rub of the green. We did to you what fergie did to others for years. Was he at the game yesterday with the 6 minutes of fergie time!

Dung you are right despite my enthusiastic support for Vardy we had not had a chance to see him against one of the big teams!
A Goal and four assists announced his arrival and the only facts our dear Red friends are.
1- Goal just a tap in no skill required (glad its wasn't poor old Nug)
2.- Penalties Given tough do do
1- A brilliant cross p.s. the whole of the ball has to cross the line for it to be out
1. superb piece of skill in the box or fumble who cares.

United, thanks for dat guy he's already improved our very good team and could well be the reason we finish above you

But the more the likely reason would be that y'all are s.hite

To defend the Six minutes we could of scored another but 6 sub's= 3 minutes and a sending off meant it was not to far off.

In the directors box Robson, Charlton,Holmes Deaton unfortunately no Fergie oh a large group of seriously happy Thai city fans

^ and his cross for the first goal. His header to put Nuge clean though (offside debatable?). Vardy was class yesterday.

Utd fans seem to be judging him based on appearance which is quite frankly, appalling and a lot of what is wrong with the world. He wasn't dirty yesterday, he just battled for every ball.

There was one foul from Vardy an the ref missed it, that not his fault!

Leicester absolutely got the luck on that decision, and it was a turning point. However, I don't see how Utd fans can claim that as the reason they lost. A reason to be annoyed at poor refereeing, but not the reason you lost.

I personally find the uneducated abuse of Vardy from some people on here distasteful and poor.

He had your poor defences pants down - don't hate him for that and a bad haircut.

The first 2 shots on target where from shocking reffing decisions so you had a 2 goal head start. If ref did his job we would have been 3-0 up playing possibly again 10 men and the 3rd goal happened soon after as our players more where in protest mode rather then defending mode. 5th goal to Blackett was about to head the ball clear before pushed away.

We barely let in a shot on our goal if you takeaway the cheating.

It is funny for the 2nd goal your player pushes with two hands rafael out the way a yellow card offence then dives another yellow card offence and is rewarded with a penalty. The stats before that penalty were Leicester 3 shots 1 on target.

posted on 22/9/14

The fact is I can't even say Leicester put us under pressure to win this game as 2nd half we had 82% possession complete territorial advantage and most of your goals came from bad calls by the ref. 3 out of 5 goals conceded bad calls. It takes the mick when in the other games we actually had stonewall pens denied for assaults then Leicester get one against Rafael for nothing.

One of them was Hafi. If you have conclusive video evidence that the first has crossed the line is love to see it because Sky TV couldn't find one and they tend to be quite good at that sort of thing.

Still, you seem to know best.

6 seconds in you can clearly see ball out of play, heck the ball even when it curled back in of play was out of play. You could say poor defending which I agree but it was out of play.

Thanks for the link, I really enjoyed watching Vardy out muscle and out pace Rafael before delivering a delightful cross to Ulloa to bury it past the flat footed de Gea.

Loved the Arabic "goaaaaaal" too.

Ball was in by the way, great goal.

The irony of Utd fans moaning about a player being a thug. I mean its not like they had a Captain who purposely broke someone's leg hey?!

posted on 22/9/14

World class cross and Vardy's story is a great one. He was exceptional yesterday and so were Leicester tbh. They saw a weakness and went for it in numbers with pace and no little quality in the pass. Simply more passionate and the ref talk is folly.

Will Walkers Crisps finally roll out their new crisp flavour 'Sweet & Sour' for sale in Manchester only?
Apparently, when eating, it starts out sweet, becomes less so, then ends up sour towards the end...
It'll be on sale next year in a bag with three stripes...priced 75p, all proceeds going to back to Manchester to try and get them producing their own locally grown potatoes...

Who purposely broke another player's leg?

And what are you actually saying - that if someone 'thuggish' has ever played for your team, that means you can never criticise an opposition player for being thuggish?

That's a pretty stupid thought process you've got going on there.

ADM cost £60m and looks like a disabled wing nut.

Vardy cost £1m and looks like a thug.

I think the thug made the disabled wing nut desperate to get back on the special bus to Manchester with his coke dealer, Shrek and the rest of your over priced, over rated and over paid squad.
