She deserves a well planned evening with a bite to eat, comedy show followed by cocktails, some tunes and plenty more laughs, and a right good pumping.

aye that's a given
Anything that needs organised for trips or nights out are always left to me RnR, flooking pain in the erse at times but I don't mind when it's food and drinks as I've been to quite a lot, surprised I'm not a fat bassa to be honest
Speaking of which, 4 days in Ibiza - Lost 1 stone
1 week in Portugal - gained 16 pounds
Flooking all inclusive

aye too true mate! I'm full o good intentions but have a very relaxed attitude to making plans
Better get yer erse into that Pure Gym mate
The only thing I look forward to coming back to work after a holiday is getting back into the routine of eating healthy and that.
We had a couple of hours to kill before the train back to Glasgow last week and went to Nandos at 11am Double breast wrap with coleslaw, peri chips and a perinaise dip. SPOT ON

I had a Nandos yesterday to cure my terrifying hangover.
Red Pepper dip to start followed by Butterfly Chicken Hot with spicy rice, garlic bread and a pirinaise dip, SPOT ON
It is just glorified chicken though as CT says but it helped me big time yesterday man, I was shaking like Stephen Hawking in an Ice bar
Start back the gym and footie next week, got Newcastle this Saturday with the boys, 13 of us going down for the night on the 10am train

Agree with that RnR, only time I've had a bad one was when I first went to the St Enoch centre one, just opened and they never had the filters for the sauce, I thought, can't make much of a difference.
According to my erse which was breathing like a dragon, it turns out very

I've still to try that Tribeca place near Sanctuary for grub, always mobbed anytime I've been near it and can't be bothered waiting
I was in Sanctuary on Saturday and seen big Chuck Mulgrew, tried to spill a drink near him to see if he slipped and injured himself but turns out he turns quicker in a club than on a football pitch

Where is the premier inn?
For both a curer and some decent grub I'd recommend Maggie May's at Merchant City on a Sunday afternoon, they also have a big screen so you can sit downstairs on a comfy couch with grub and beer
Here's the menu, the haggis and pulled pork nachos are good, Chicken Chilli noodles but my favourite is the Texan burger

Sounds perfect for a Sunday curer. You’re a star mate I’ll see what the crowds like as it’d be good to catch a bit of the tic game
No worries mate, me and the Mrs usually go there on a Sunday if we are both ruff, it's reasonably priced and for football it's very decent
I'll catch the Man United v Everton game on Sunday then back on the train to Glasgow from Geordie town so will miss the Chelsea game, might catch the 1st half actually, just seen it's at 2.05 and our train is 3pm
