With all due respect, and as someone with a soft spot for Everton and a fairly common dislike of Rangers that's prevalent in all non-Rangers fans in Scotland, but Rangers are and always will be a bigger club than Everton.

I like the way you start by saying "with all due repect...."

Everton are a good club, and a big club.

They just aren't as big as Rangers.

I will let you run with this....in which way are they not?

History and fanbase are the two compelling arguments that determine the size of a club.

I'm genuinely surprised you can't simply accept that Rangers are a bigger club.

And how do you come to that conclusion?

You could count league titles......
