not really Arro, just pondering on the progress of my beloved club since we last played Wycombe Wanderers.
Of course a 2-0 win would be just fine, 3 points being the main thing. In fact a scrappy last minute own goal would do me, but anything other than a win would be grim.
well ur right jacko we should be dropping any points on saturday. we need to keep the recent attacking at pace going and rag wycombe all round the pitch. can only be one outcome in a game like this if we are to be promoted.
Be interesting to see if we get more than 9,150 Town fans attending tomorrow.
DH must be getting worried about lost income from reduced season ticket sales and fewer pay on the day supporters...that won't pay the wages.
we arent helped in this league by the abissmall away following of the majority of the other clubs.
Jacko, reckon 10 or just under. If we start showing quality beginning with tomorrow that should rise. We all know what Town fans are like. As a lot on here have been saying though, would definately like to see Cooper get a start and aren't really bothered whose
place he takes. I haven't seen him yet so want to know if he has pace and more importantly if he's better than what we have. At least our attacking play has picked up so we know scoring goals shouldn't be a problem.

we want 10
we want 10
we want 10
10-0
we want 11
want 11!
thatll be the chant as we enter the 85th minute...
1-0 will do !1
3 points is all that counts.
8 would be nice though !!
You've all gone bonkers !
Was it you lot saying we'd beat Bury 4-0 as well ?
Joking apart, where's Deano ? Is he on holiday because he's been very quiet of late. Not even a vote of confidence in LC.!
Saturday at last. Sun is out, slight breeze and ideal conditions for football.
Confidence brimming over for the game this afternoon ?
We so much need a win today, ideally with loadsagoals, and we might just be on the fringe of the play-off places by tea time tonight with the 4 teams between us and 6th place all playing away..Bury could theoretically be top of the league tonight, so there's hope for everyone I guess.
C'mon Town !!
3 points today no sweat,3-1.
Hello everyone am . Town 4. That shiiite 0 or 1
All we need to do is go for it from the start like did against Colchester, then all we have to do score a goal, then another goal etc.
What I'm saying we'll win every game as long as we just go for it for 90 mins, and stop trying to defend a one goal lead, lets go for the jugular for once....
5-1 town, that's where my two quid bet is going too.
UTT
No peter Clarke? Is he learning or his he injured?
Bennett,naysmith,Kay ,boom boom, hunt,miller ward,mcds,Robinson,Novak,Rhodes.
supposedly injured but who really knows
Better late than never....
Good Morning MN,
Hope your Lightly toasted tea cake, crammed full of bacon, egg & mushrooms with lashings of 'Tom' sauce is going darn better than TOWN are playing !
Indeed ! "who really knows"
Have you any idea who has taken the 'armband' ?
My stats at the moment show nothing on goal yet,
a good half hour in...Doesn't sound too good for a home tie.
Kay is the captain for today
it would seem its obvious that wycombe are parking the bus and have come for the draw
Well, as expected, that really was garbage. I can't remember a sigle shot on target.
How far have Wycombe come in 2 years and how far backwards have Town gone in the same period?
Interesting.
If they are 'parked up' I assume it's a bombardment, but with no shots on target & half the game gone, Yikes.
Good indication now of how Clark assesses the situation & sets his stall up for the 2nd half, Hopefully to break them down.
If it works out the other way..........cringe.
3 points essential today,
No 'if's'
No 'buts'
if they're blockading, TOWN should play 2-4-4 with confidence,
The home record,or unbeaten run is irrelevant ...
win win win is the order of the day.
There's no blockade.
It's all pedestrian handbags in slow motion.
Wycombe have defended very well actually , officially they are playing 4-5-1 but it sounds more like 6-3-1
TC, hows things
'our man' on the spot. !
Are Wycombe defending well, or is TOWN's attack just plain clueless ?
your right BTW, the stats show ....NO SHOT ON TARGET,
(there's a bloody good film on telly too what to do )
