Don't know to be honest. I know vds has the record for consecutive clean sheets and minutes without conceding.
But what I do know is schmeichel was better
I saw on the newapaper de gea has the best save percentage from shots in the box this season like 71% and has improved significantly catching the ball in the box to like 91% from like 50-60%.
Edwin Van der Saar smashed Cech record by a big margin Nowadays with goals flying in with the top top strikers I doubt anyone will get close to Van der Saar record.

Scholes has been getting progressively better and better for the last few years. So good his performances in the 90s and 00s have even improved. That's how world class he is. was. will be/was.
De Gea still has to prove it at the top level and for an extended amount of time which Neuer and Courtios.
De Gea has had a great 6 months that it, sure they were proclaiming Hart as the next Gordon Banks a few years ago!!!!!

Cech is an excellent 'keeper, really top drawer. Hard to split him and Schmeichel. I will go with Schmeichel as I saw more. And he pioneered the techniques in English football like the "super counter attack mega long throw out". And when in one on one situations, the "coming out in a vertical position legs akimbo and arms out-stretched" tecnique, that is used by 'keepers everywhere.
In response you have Petr Cech he saved a few pennies, granted, but also he "dived the right way for all 6?"
