"Whose fault is it that our players are always injured every season inevitably costing us numerous points?

Likewise why do Chelsea never seem to suffer injuries and can play the same squad almost every week without any sign of players suffering fatigue or burnout?"

Oil money mate.

Lol.

He was being ironic here, mate but obviously failed.

"2 senior CB's in the squad"

Truly astounding, no idea how anyone can even attempt to defend it.

How many senior cbs do Chelsea have?

My opinion would be training methods. Also many of our players are very young and still developing physically and are thus pansies.

Think Kam made a good point earlier. We are a bit lightweighted team. Especially in midfield we need someone at least who put in a shift and have a different kind of physical approach. Agree with it.

3 + Zouma which is about perfect. They could probably get away with 2 + Zouma though because of how well they manage injuries.

We really need 3 + Chambers & Debuchy.

We brought new fitness staff in before the season. One of them is a successful fitness trainer that trained our national team before. What's wrong?

Well there is absolute no doubt that our injury list is a reason for not compete on top of the table. Anyone who deny it simply should look for another sport to follow.

Put away 6-7 first team player from Chelsea squad they would struggle as well. No doubt. See City cant beat Burnley at home today.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

GT City were 2-0 up and cruising in 2nd half, only themselves to blame. Burnley stayed strong mentality and they grafted out a well earned point.

Can you remember the last time Arsenal came back from 2-0 down against a team at the top end?

age is probably a fairly big factor in the injuries. ironically it actually proves theres some truth in the oil money joke just posted. Many of our first team were bought young cheap, developed and are still young now white the oil teams can just buy world class players already in their prime age.

How could anyone defend a manager that goes into a football season with SIX defenders in the first team and a terrible injury record to half of them This Godfather donkey is worse than Robb was with Moyes.

Overplaying players and failing to rotate tired ones, failing to manage players returns from injuries properly, failing to understand and gauge when players are in the red zone.

You dont think a player in his late twenties in his prime is less likely to get injured than a player still developing???

Oh wow we are blaming oil money then. Despite spending over £80M in the Summer and somehow managing to be much much worse.

He's still a proven senior CB though. If he drops into the centre they have Azpi who is a proven RB.

No one defending Wenger here. Was just madness to go into a season with one crocked CB that is Kos and Merte who was absolute tired coming back from the WC.

Can't believe some people still using injuries as an excuse for why we aren't doing better this season. Did you people deliberately avoid the articles that were published after the recent Anfield debacle?

Truth is there have been too many injuries at Arsenal for way too long now and the only constant is the manager, at least some of, his coaching staff and their coaching techniques - look up what Pires and Dixon have to say on them for greater understanding.

Injuries are no longer a credible excuse for Arsenal's failings and, to be honest, haven't been for a few seasons now.
