"We brought new fitness staff in before the season. One of them is a successful fitness trainer that trained our national team before. What's wrong?"
Overplaying players and failing to rotate tired ones, failing to manage players returns from injuries properly, failing to understand and gauge when players are in the red zone.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
How could we rotate when we had 7-8 first teamers out injured.

"2 senior CB's in the squad"
Truly astounding, no idea how anyone can even attempt to defend it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
How many senior cbs do Chelsea have?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
3 + Zouma which is about perfect. They could probably get away with 2 + Zouma though because of how well they manage injuries.
We really need 3 + Chambers & Debuchy.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Who is the third, Ivanovic? He is their right back
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He's still a proven senior CB though. If he drops into the centre they have Azpi who is a proven RB.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
so actually chelsea have a total of 5 senior cbs and full backs whilst we also have 5 senior cbs and full backs?

Additionally Chambers has not been great at any point this season. At his best he has been exactly what he is, namely a young guy still in the early stages of learning his trade.
And that was at his peak. In the main he has looked like an accident waiting to happen. Which is understandable.
That Wenger has admitted to having over played him tells it's own story.

"In the 11 seasons researched from 2003-4 to 2013-14, Arsenal suffered 312 significant injuries which led to the player being out for 10 days or more. That is exactly 100 more than Chelsea, while Arsenal’s total number of injuries was above the Premier League average in 10 out of the 11 campaigns, including each of the last seven completed seasons.
