Sorry Hoody you may have missed my point, I know its illegal but my point is it shouldn't be- I think there should be a change in law. Time for the UK to stand up to terrorism and get tough imo.

The purpose of prison is for rehab, as well as punishment. If these people have been brainwashed, then there's only a small chance of rehab.
There's a good chance these people have been schooled whilst in Syria. They may have been told they could go to prison. Do their time, then get released to do what they've been instructed to....
