Oh and thank you

Read a fair bit about it DJ, sounded a wee bit messy.

And these are the real fans that go to matches.

I've never been a hooligan but sometimes trouble comes to you. And the fact is that in my 50 odd years of following Wolves away to just about every ground nowhere does it come as often and as violent as Blues. Added to that is the worst, most useless policing. No way on earth would I take my daughters there.

If you went to the game by coach you would see no trouble at all Wolfgang and your daughters would be totally safe. The coaches park inside a sealed area next to the turnstiles so no problem there.

But for people that go by car or train you have to leave that sealed area and the police form a line so Wolves fans walk down the right of the road and Blues fans down the left. Guess what - that police line doesn't extend forever and at the bottom of the hill everyone gets to meet and say hello.

The old man won't go to Blues or Cardiff any more - seen trouble everywhere but those two attract the rats from every club in the land.

To be fair, Molineux isn't much better for visiting fans. Birmingham have always had a healthy number of hoolies, but Wolves seem to have found a resurgence on that front.

Needs another purging along the lines of Operation Growth.

It's down to the resurgence of hooligan films around 6-7 years ago.

I blame Danny Dyer and Nick Love - they have glamorised it behind a shallow veneer of condemnation.

"It never ends well - but let's spend 97% of the show bigging it up. Lads will be lads"

Certainly seems to be more of it this season, have read plenty of reports it seems.

Can't say it would surprise me if it gets worse, society seems to be slowly breaking down and the next generation seem to be taking us backwards.

Maybe in America but wolvo has always been a jungle and never been anything other than broken !

No mention of the match then , Blues won 2-1 , and dirty Wolves where the worst team that i have seen at St Andrews this season ,apart from us ,haha..

Haha, was just thinking of where I grew up to be honest halfy. Seems to be mirrored across the country, gangs of kids loitering outside the shops looking to bully and intimidate, my nephew has been involved in scuffles with these type and he says they are now at saints games doing the same.

Going to football matches is much safer now than it has been for over 40 years. There are just a small number of predictable games when there is trouble. And yesterday was predictable.

It is the worst Premiership in living memory. Anybody finishing on less than 45 points should be relegated on principle.

Abysmal.

In that case DJ, the authorities should ban away fans for "predictable trouble matches". Simple. That way, no one gets hurt or arrested and the police don't have to have so many officers in and around the grounds.

Have always wondered if Wolfie really believes what he writes or makes deliberately idiotic comments to provoke a reaction. Now I know.

And the decent fans are stopped from seeing their team play

Why should they and the team suffer because of some knôbs ?

Just round them up and in the stadium after the game and let them kill each other

The clubs could charge extra if any fans want to sit and watch........like the Romans used to do with the gladiators ?

I think I'm on to something here ©

PL teams are taking points off each other, except no one's taking points off Chelsea. How about the Championship. No two teams showing any real class and also-rans from first to eighth. The three that come up this season will go straight back down again next season.
