Then she spends almost the whole of the rest of her career, making (from the looks of it, what look like stunning) documentaries

20th Century Cinematic monsters are back!!
On top of the release of Alien:Romulus, There’s the Alien-Earth TV show.
Prey director is writing another 2 films. He’s aboot to go into production for the Prey sequel. Which might get a theatrical run. And, there’s a 3rd film in this trilogy!

And to finish.. Fede Alvarez just teased fans with the possibility of rebooting AvP.
He said, let me and Dan direct half half. Like what they did with From Dusk til Dawn.
Not a bad idea if you ask me….

The first avp is not absolutely terrible, it’s just a bit shiiiit. They forgot they are dealing with the best monster ever created on film and got rid of any tension by showing it way too much and making the predator too tough. Was just a bad script. The second is really really bad

The first avp is not absolutely terrible, it’s just a bit shiiiit. They forgot they are dealing with the best monster ever created on film and got rid of any tension by showing it way too much and making the predator too tough. Was just a bad script. The second is really really bad

I did say the last one! The first isn't complete trash but the last one is like someone made it in their garage. Picture quality alone was awful along with everything else about it.

Shame cause that premise sounds amazing

I remember going to see avp when it was first released. First movie I ever walked out of. Haven’t tried revisiting since. I think it was when the girl gets all buddy buddy with predator and was like “hey wait for me!” Or something.

I quite liked the Predator showing her that the shield protected against the aliens acid blood. In fact that's all I remember from the first movie

The avp games were awesome

Just came back from Alien: Romulus..
oh man… I think the spoiler discussion would be very interesting…
There are elements in this film that are 10/10. And it doesn’t even involve the Aliens.
And then there’s some ‘oh no, why you do that?’

My god, this film was well on its way, to being the best made film in the franchise… but.. it will have to settle ranked 3rd in the franchise.

7/10

But all round for the makers of Prey & Alien: Romulus.
Safe to say, the iconic monsters of cinema are truly back!! Reputation restored.

Until someone facks it up…. Just keep Kathy Kennedy away.

I’d agree but still have it at 8/10. Sitting comfortably right below Aliens and far above everything else.
