Well I saw Alien Covenant..... yeah, I did that.
6/10.
Ridley has gone all George Lucas, there's a lot to like, but....
I can wait to discuss.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Will probably watch it sometime this week if I can be bothered, which sums up my interest in the film.

just watched In Bruges again, i always forget how good that film is
"You retract that bit about my cuuunt fackin kids!"
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Tried watching that film twice, both times I found it about as funny as an autopsy
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You should stick with it, the humour isn't the only thing it's got going on
In Bruges is my favourite film
Eirik: I was trying to rob him. And he took my gun from me. And the gun was full of blanks. And he shot a blank into my eye. And now I cannot see from this eye ever again, the doctors say.
Harry: Well to be honest it sounds like it's all your fault.
Eirik: What?
Harry: I mean basically if you're robbing a man and you're only carrying blanks and you allow your gun to be taken off you and you allow yourself to be shot in the eye with a blank which I assume that the person has to get quite close to you then, yeah really it's all your fault for being such a poof, so why don't you stop wingeing and cheer the f ck up.
Yuri: Eirek - I really wouldn't respond.
Eirik: I thought you wanted the guy dead?
Harry: I do want the guy dead, I want him f cking crucified but it don't change the fact that he stitched you up like a blind little gay boy, does it?
I'm sorry for calling you an inanimate object. I was upset.
Hot Fuzz or Shaun of the Dead?

You ain't seen Hot Fuzz?
Seen both btw, both great. Edgar Wright needs to direct and write more.
Think I prefer hot fuzz btw.

Anyone done the Cornetto trilogy where you eat a different Cornetto ice cream while watching the three different movies in the trilogy Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz and World's End ?
I've not seen world's end yet
But that sounds like a great idea
Wow surprised that some people not seen Hot Fuzz and World's End. Go watch them

Hot Fuzz yeah, its close though.
Simon Pegg is fantastic
"Paul" was pretty good too. Simon Pegg and Nick Frost.
Watching groundhog day whilst putting off work.
Can't help feeling this is terribly ironic.
Hot Fuzz is the best for me, so many clever and great lines. Shaun of the Dead is a close second, with Worlds End not quite up there with them but still really enjoyable.
They need to do another.
Any help here welcome...
American Gods, I've seen it on Amazon Prime as a suggestion that I should watch it.
I've finished Vikings now (amazing), and am watching Better Call Saul week by week.
I don't think there has been many episodes of American Gods yet, so I could easily catch up and watch it week by week too...
Without spoilers, what's the general idea about it (not read the book), is it good so far, and should I watch it?
