Yeah liked it too, not amazing or anything but enjoyable and engaging for the time you're watching it

Agree Guv.. Spidey was my introduction to this great villain.. unless they decide to tell the comic book version of the Klyntar, which i know nothing about.
Still, i didn't even think of Hardy, so hats off to Sony.

But they got to watch themselves with all this Spiderman is he/ isn't he MCU, and how it all fits..
but we do know this, Parker will meet Venom, and it has to be epic...
you know, for a split second , i thought,what if the Black Goo in Prometheus and now this story-line to line to produce the perfect organism would result in Venom....
just for a split second....

Just been binge re-watching films lately.
Next up Moonlight and,hopefully,Kieślowski's three colours trilogy (Blue,White and Red).

Cabin in the woods is great. But I agree after the initial watch the first 3/4 is kinda like "yaaawwnn get to the awesome ending"

It's a smart,enjoyable little horror film.Playing well on all it's horror cliches and gimmicks perfectly with the added bonus of something fresh with it's criticism of reality-TV.
But,yes,once you've seen it you do long for the final 3rd of the film.Seeing all those horror character references come into play just adds to the great bloody,gory climax.

Tom Cruise's has announced that Top Gun 2 is definitely happening. Will probably shoot next year.

Is anyone else sceptical about this new Venom movie? The rights for Spiderman seem to get banded about like a hot potato.

If Spiderman returns to Sony in a couple of years would that invalidate this new Spiderman reboot? Would we get a third reboot? Looks like a mess right now

Hate watching trailers, it gives away the whole movie.

Yeah I hate most trailers as well. They used to show you a snippet but these days too many of them seem keen on showing you a summarised version of the entire movie for whatever reason.
