Root gone.

Root gone after a review. Not one I could be sure about.

ha what a laughing stock of a 3rd umpire call.. firstly not out on the field. secondly no one appealed untll later.. 3rdly 407 replays.. non conclusive.. umpire on the box looking at numerous replays. backwards and forwards backwards and forwards.. still not sure.. yet gives it out.. and it more than likely wasn't out.. laughable

that's what annoys me about officials in sport.. mainly football and cricket.. They do not know the rules themselves. the umpire didn't hear anything..The fielders appelead 20 seconds later.. The wicketkeeper never appealed and it was given out

England in all sorts of trouble here.

Have to settle for 3-2 I think.

Tbh this series, despite entertaining, has been won and lost due to individual brilliance. The England team has a long way to go, especially the batting game.

And a bad shot by Stokes. Terrible batting by England.

Broad gone for zip! 92 for 8.

All this series has told us is both teams are sheeet on any deck that isnt offering what they want...

Aus bat and bowl better on a flat deck....and bully teams if they manage to bat big first up.

England can seemingly only perform with the ball if its hooping round corners.....

Come bk from gym and England all over the place. Always knew that the Aussies had to try and get Siddle in the team somehow. He keeps it tight and doesn't give too many four balls like Hazelwood, Starc and Johnson.

Think Warne was very harsh on him asking why he's been selected. Cummings is a complete unknown who's placed 4 games in 2-3 years. He could be wayward like the rest.

Wood "out" off a no-ball!

Pathetic from us. Not that bothered though having won the series but dissapointing.

Gutless feckers. Having already won the ashes and with a new management team I was hoping that this sort of pathetic batting was a thing of the past.
Winning the ashes was the main thing and feel I shouldn't be too hard on the team but it would have been nice for England to demonstrate that they can battle.
Predictably familiar from England.

People paid £90 to watch today's match (OCS Block) and English batsmen give a two hoot about it

Wood and Moeen showing the rest of the England team how to bat.

posted on 22/8/15

But there goes Wood as soon as Johnson comes on!

And there goes Moeen next ball!

And Michael Clarke enforces the follow-on for the first time.

Bye bye Lyth.

dead man walking.....AGAIN.

posted on 22/8/15

lyth is the first player in Test history to make 5 consecutive scores between 10 & 20 whilst opening the batting. Doesn't make great reading

Would give Hales a go. Don't agree with ali opening as he can't play the short ball well at all.
