Spurs haven't bought any players and will be the only club to buy players after the season started

I don't really think it matters. We're not going to sign any make the difference players anyway so it won't matter.

I'm more concerned about Poch getting the most out of Bentaleb, Lamela, Kane and Dembele whilst Chadli and Eriksen kick on from last year.

The signing that we really needed was Alderwield.

Right now we have Ade and Soldado, if they leave we will make signings.

What players have we lost that needed replacing?

Paulinho, Kaboul, Vlad, Holtby & Capoue never even made the match day squad that much

I wouldn't... Don't rate bolasie or McCarthy especially for the price it would cost to get them

So we've done 11'000 miles of travel and played 3 matches in 7 days, with 2 days rest before the opening game of the season where Man United will have 9 days rest

I don't think we do , we need someone whom won't mind playing second fiddle to Kane .
With all due respect we have potentially one of the best forwards in the prem , bring in some one with a big ego it will cause problems.

I honestly would love to see Charlie Austin at Spurs.

Why "well known"?

Too many people play with names rather than players.

Kane showed last season that he really suited our system well and banged in the goals.

Well known players are Ade and Soldado who we still have at the club.

I see what you are saying but this delay is mainly caused by struggling to offload players rather than buying them. I reckon that we can go a few weeks without both players mentioned above. Neither would wald into the first 11 either...

We need a quick striker as we need different options.
If were chasing a game I would love to have Berahino as he has that pace to play alongside Kane or by himself.

Eriksen I can see your point I'm just not a big fan of Berahino.

Austin is the safer bet IMO , knowimg us will still have Ade and Soldado come end of August.

Get the feeling that Berahino is a smoke screen and we'll end up with someone else

My preferred option after Berahino would be Hernandez the guy scores goals for fun, great option of the bench or even to play alongside Kane. other then that there's not much out there in terms of strikers unless we spend on a big name.

I remember being at the stoke game last year when we lost 2-1. wouldn't be surprised if we see the same result as things stand.

I truly believe this, but we won;t get a striker till either Adey goes or both go.

That's my belief on the matter, we have them both eating up 180k a week (that's a guess)

going into the summer, you looked at our side and thought that the priority was a backup striker to kane !!

honestly spurs fans

the clear priority was our joke of a defence.

next priority is midfield.

last priority is striker, as whoever we buy is a back up, whereas the others we need players for the first team.
