Time for an indian.
take it easy fellas and thanks for watching the cinci show
Enjoy the rest of your birthday.
Poor game poor performance but we'll take the points. Afobe and Dicko poor today and really lacking someone to bring some spark to the midfield. Not many really good performances from Wolves players. Henry was very good early on as was Golborne but both faded a little. Edwards the only threat to their defence until Le Fondre came on. Ojo a couple of good crosses including the one for the winner. But man of the match for Wolves today for me was Ebanks Landell who is now improving by the game.
Jackett:
Made hard work of the win.
Number of keeper errors recently.
Dicko - not good news - knee injury - serious.
Stearman - Bid accepted. Discussing personal terms. Wish Stears the best - on his way.
VLP talking to 2 clubs - looks like he's going.
KJ wants to replace players that leave.
Eddo:
Great result. Nervy win. Not taking chances. Difficult time due to speculation about players leaving. Club have to make big decisions. Credit to Ethan and Kortney. Stears big miss for Wolves. Great to get Batth back.
Need a replacement for Dicko - no chance of playing again before next season and Afobe off in January.
Woe. Gloom. Reality.
VLP close to joining Leeds for £500k was what I heard today. But Brighton evidently interested too.
Seems to be the general view that there will be both comings and goings before the window closes. Joe Bennett a left back at Villa is evidently on the radar
The BBC's take on our goals:
After a delay in play following an injury to Nouha Dicko, Wolves restored parity when Henry's low cross was stabbed past Charlton keeper Nick Pope at the second attempt by Edwards.
The hosts marked their first home league win of the season when Afobe's low cross deceived the Charlton back line to find its way to Le Fondre, who made no mistake from close range.
Jeez, their quality has deteriorated over the past few years.
You're in good company on the birthday front, both me and Michael Jackson were born August 29th.
Strange day, good win, gutted about Dicko, must fly, shower, change, posh meal, shaag (hopefully) bye.
That was for Cinci obviously.
Stearman gonna rvlp going so who is coming in?
Looks like Dicko could be out for the season, but le fondre is just as good if not better.
Our 2 young cb's were immense today, they have a big future.
So who are we signing ?
perton why is Dicko out for season maybe ? Has this been said or just because he was carried off ?
Sounds as though the CBs were good today, Perton. They're going to grow in experience fast, we hope!
Out for a while, Ohso, although he will be properly assessed over the weekend and we should know more on Monday.
You should be wise to perton's exaggerations and untruths by now.
Some claims that he has done both cruciates in his knee, not sure how they would know that within 20 mins of the injury though.
Thought you were going for an Indian, Cinci. You're either a very fast eater or have sent out for a takeaway!
One leg fell off as was carried on a stretcher. (You know how these stories develop.)
Just eaten it cyp, missus chaufering me out to an old farm house I wanna take a look at now.
Dicko clearly wasn't interested long before the injury. Sorry about Stears but the youngsters seem capable enough when Batth returns. Won't miss RVLP.
