Just hope (regardless of any action against CFC) she is able to find an employer, who will not publically condemn her for attempting to practice her profession.

Why would they employ her in first place then?

Unsure what point you are trying to make?
50p don't you think you are missing something from Pearce's comment?
Why would anyone try to condemn her publicly if they are going to employ her? Surely this episode is a one off
50p, Eva was publicly condemned by Moureen while she was performing her duty. Pearce wishing her good luck in finding an employer who doesn't do the same as Moureen or Chhelski.

That was my point. There was no requirement whatsoever for JM to publically reprimand her. Simply for trying to do her job.
Inconceivable this situation would ever happen anywhere else, and as you noted, a one off.
Was she not waved on by the ref?
JM does seem to take the huff a tad easily?
Is it not constructive dismissal?

I believe (assuming she goes ahead) this is the complaint Eva will make.

She will get a pay off, it will get glossed over, football will continue to condone ill treatment of individuals as long as you are talented....

Both of you are misogynists
I’m sure if the physio happened to be a man, Jose’s reaction would have been completely different.

The Physio was a man, Eva was the team Doctor
Fearn returned to work and is doing his job.
This and the fact that Eva decided to leave Chelsea ather than return to work as requested will make it tough for her to win a substantial amount from Chelsea, she will probably get a pay off ou of court, her lawyers will know she has little chance of winning, though they probably advised her latest course of action. The real winners here will be the legal teams especially if it actually does go to court.

It would appear there is also a case for sexual discrimination, as Eva was not permitted to return to her job at pitch side but Fearn was.
