She can have me all to herself for a weekend as compensation if she wants.

Assuming Eva proceeds with action against CFC, it would be difficult for them to defend. Hence the “internal matter” press release.
Eva in essence has been removed from her daily duties for simply doing her job. And furthermore removed by someone (JM) wholly unqualified to offer medical opinion.

Eva has been treated the same as Fearn, she was never removed from duties, she chose not to return to work. The bench stuff was just a small part of her job.

Are you a tabloid journalist?
Just rambling on with on facts and little knowledge of the situation.
Just another stick to beat Jose with.
But she wasnt removed from her daily duties, she was still the team Doctor, who should have continued to work at the training ground.
It was her that decided to remove herself and decide not to return to work.
If was just her then her case would be stronger, but it is weakened by the fact she was 1 of 2 and the other person has not gone on twitter about it, not refused to return to work and not taken legal advice.
The only case for Chelsea to answer is constructive dismissal (again more problematic as te other party has returned to work) and ruining her reputation (has it really been ruined?) although im sure expensive lawyers could come up a few more.

Exactly. The public's knowledge on this matter is so limited. You get know it alls like this Stuart Pearce character posting here who haven't even heard of Jon Fearn
That just tells you everything you need to know.
Eva had been acting as CFC first team doctor since 2009. She was an ever present at pitch side.
After the incident, she was downgraded.

You are really cutching at straws now.
She was and remained team doctor, we have various members of staff qualifed to work on the bench on matchdays, she had no given right or (for legal purposes) a contract stating she had to work the bench.
Stop reading headlines and think you are getting the whole story

Exactly. The reality is that Eva doesn't have that much of a case and unlike Jon Fearn she decided to go on social media regarding the incident which will count against her.
Jon Fearn on the other hand didn't kick up a fuss on a public forum and just continued to work and that is another thing that will count against Eva.
She decided not to return to work and that was her decision. She really doesn't have a strong case at all and the media's reporting of this incident is so horribly one sided.
The fact that most people following this story don't even have a clue who Jon Fearn is speaks volumes about how this incident has been reported and blown out of all proportion.
Poor Eva sexually abused by an entire football club.
Er has anyone else noticed Eva seems to have a semi on in that picture?

Suggest you read the link provided by the OP.
Unsure how you can comment (with any degree of certainty) what duties were contained in her CFC contract.
Hmmm from a HR perspective her choosing not to return to work if she was "had a go at", which mourinho did publicly, would be within her rights.
Bit kraaappy maybe but its a touchy feely place when it comes to HR. Emotional upset and that kind of stuff is real enough
Mourinho publicly admonished both Eva and Fearn for doing their jobs and then demoted them. As such, I'm sure she could sue for constructive dismissal if she cited a hostile working environment.
As much as she shouldn't have taken to social media, Mourinho was clearly in the wrong here - I have no idea why you guys are defending him.
Maybe if you compare Eva's actions to Fearn's it may seem like her response was disproportionate but then you have to remember she has a much higher profile than him so being verbally abused in public is likely to have a different effect.

Where have I defended Jose in any of my posts. As for profiles that would be irrelevant in court, the role and how they were treated would be taken into account and if Chelsea handled either differently then she will have case, if they haven't she has a very tough battle indeed.
As for Jose, I agree he was in the wrong and I saw nothing wrong with what the medical staff did.

There are no alternative media views because they wont make such juicy headlines.
Lets just wait and see how it plays out, would rather we just got on with playing football and making headlines for that, rather than the rest of the circus that seems to surround the club.
