The woman had issues with all heavy industry, mainly down to her fear of the unions. In Merseyside the docks went, the shipyard went, the mines in St Helens closed, numerous factories relocated. We all got kicked down by her, what she wasn't expecting was for us to kick back at her.

I'd love to know which part of Liverpool is inspired by New York, maybe the crime rates?

For a start, United fans often disassociate themselves from England. Maybe not so much now, but certainly over the last couple of decades. Hence chants of 'Argentina!' and 'Republik of Mancunia' flags.

Secondly, I can never understand mocking Liverpool fans who talk about their history. History is part of what makes a club. So is 'aura'. United have a special aura too, no question about it.

Thirdly, it's often overlooked/conveniently forgotten that we went 26 years ourselves without winning the title. I'm sure many United fans still felt their club was special during those years. I know everyone in my house did.

And lastly, I see a German flag being waved in the singing section at every home game.

I'm proud to be a British citizen and I've lived in this country all of my life. I know I'm not English, but I'm proud to have come from here.

I find it harder to be proud by the day TBH. Britain and its politicians/human rights activists etc make it impossible for Britains to be British.
