My top 3 likely would be:
1. Yoda
2. Revan
3. Palpatine

1) Jack Black
2) Dua Lipa
3) A random 'celeb' who was on Big Brother or some crap like that

Now I will precursor this by the fact that before clicking on this I stumbled across one of the creators talking about this awful narrative of these things aren't for the fans......like wtf

And then it seems everyone in the trailer is either a "weak" man running away or super powerful cool looking women (Carrie )

Wish I didn't see the creator interview as that dashed a lot of my hopes

Go watch it and tell us what you think......cos unfortunately what I have described seems to be the vast majority of Disney's current writing team. And again talking about these things aren't for fans why desperately trying to defend this point of view just really isn't a great look

But I am a fan that I will happily eat humble pie if it's completely brilliant, cos I need something amazing in SW. Just feel KKs grubby hands all over it, so would rather set my expectations so low!

Yeah I try not to worry about it to be honest. Seems they go out of their way to choose the wrong people for these roles now.

Candidly, I did get Reeva/Obi Wan vibes from some of the shots in the trailer.

The main concern I have is the lack of involvement by Filoni. This show is removed from his mandoverse of movies, so it's unlikely that it received his attention. Does the director have the requisite knowledge to make a SW show? Time will tell.

As far as excitement levels go, I'm currently at a 6/10.

Ok just done some background: is a lesbian no proof of man hating , but has also allegedly read Zahn so some big browny points there. Bar is still massively low but she does say some good things in other places.

100% but I guess that's just how the studio is set up to shoot, and they do a fairly decent job imo of recreating a bit more the sequel vibes/colouring

I am just at a 4 excitement wise, but honestly this is were I am at for all series based on stuff I love

Hmm, I just want good solid SW content. I haven’t read anything aboot the Director, but did hear there was trouble with the production but don’t know the story.

Just gonna wait till it drops and we’ll know what we got.

If you haven’t seen BSG. Leave it. As Taki says, it is one the great Sci-Fi shows of our times.
And in General just a damn good TV show all round.
Gotta take yer hat off to it.
Unfortunately SW has no comeback, we just got to take the L on this, and keep it moving.

BSG doesn't even touch SW as a franchise. I'll trust your judgement and accept that BSG is better than the live action TV shows in SW.
