Sounds good. Did you have to work out there or did you have enough saved? I've heard really good things about Melbourne and Sydney to live in, so I'm excited to check them out.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You wont get good weather in Melbourne or Sydney, winter in Melbourne is cold and Sydney isn't much better, around 13 degrees brrrr
Nah I was out there for a work project but had loads of time off in between deployments so did a fair bit of travelling
Melbourne was decent, not as much to do as Sydney, more culture like art and music but less beaches.
Weather will be pretty average come June in both places, not cold but not hot!
I can cope with 13 degrees in winter

I can't, its usually blue skies and around 18-23 degrees in the day and maybe 13 on a cold night!
That was probably hotter than I had it on Christmas day

Go work on a farm in the outback, TBAG, will be an experience.
Friend went to work on one about 100 miles from Sydney, was 41 degrees in the day, and the first morning he stepped outside the accomodation there was a 6ft snake just wandering across the car park.

is that why you like to invite random aborigini guys to your house.. share a bit of body heat
Why do we need to share body heat when its not cold? I had to put the air con on at 2am because it was still humid as! I live in a subtropical climate, you wouldn't understand
Arro, how big is your diiick mate? Bet it's fackin huge. 12, 14 inches?

We had a king brown kept coming around near by one of my old houses, had to be really careful with my kids and had to check everywhere before they could play. A king brown is the worst possible neighbour!
