I made $4110 being the difference in my price for the flights and what I sold them for and the base fare was $10,000 on the dot and I got 9% of that.

I also sold a $1532 insurance policy which I get 24% of and I also sold a 15 day tour in Cuba and a 21 day Peru and Bolivia and I get 12%!

They take most of it. Basically everything up to $8200 we make 15%, after that 25% until $12,200 then 35%.

I don't get paid per booking!!!!! Every booking will earn comm, some $50 some over $6k, and at the end of the month we transfer the commission we earnt for the company and a week later they pay us a fraction!

Some of the figures I'm seeing here for a Travel Agency are a little bonkers. I'm struggling to see how one agency could be making enough to pay out multiples of millions in commission alone.
