Jurgen Klopp is a chef, apparently.
Jimmy the Red said so today.
Stick a hash brown in between your bacon on white bread...accompanied by a hot and strong coffee.
Saturday mornings in our house!
I love cooking. Love it.
Did a tarragon, chervil and mascapone risotto with grilled sea bass, roasted cherry tomatoes and pesto at the weekend.
Lush.
Can do desserts though. Yet.

Rustled up a roasted sweet potato and carrot soup last night, hint of chilli for that winter kick.
Big fan of harissa basted lamb and some nutty cous cous too.

Why am I not surprised to see cheese club here
Never really tried deserts. We don't eat them much in our place.
Do like to make bread, particularly those with the taste of home such as soda or potato.

Pork belly on a bed of caramelised onions, citrus fruit and ginger is my speciality.
Shame my other half is a veggie

Quite easy to make as well. You have to take your time with the risotto but 9nce done it's fine to heat up. After that ten mins for the tons and fish. You don't have to make the pesto as you can buy decent enough stuff.
Looks great as well.
