Even green tea. Yeah it is full of antioxidants and other good shlt but that doesn't neutralize excess caffeine. Have like 2 cups a day. Don't just drink it all fkn day like some idiots.

Granola isnt great for you either.

I make my own granola. It's pretty good for you.
maybe but the packets you get from the supermarket arent
It's 24/7 on the old stress hormones you know.
Coffee. Stressful. Sugar. Stressful. Commuting to work. Stressful. Work itself. Stressful. Bills. Stressful. Drinking and smoking. Even exercise in the short term. It's a fkn miracle any of us can still produce adrenalin
if I was to have breakfast I would probably make myself a 3 egg omelette with maybe a little bit of salami maybe onions or peppers a bit of cheese, maybe some ham etc.
perhaps mushrooms if I could be bothered. couple of slices of brown toast. some water, and a fruit to finish off.
that happens about once every 6 months.
Coffee has long had a reputation as being unhealthy. But in almost every single respect that reputation is backward. The potential health benefits are surprisingly large.

Note that it's not me calling your ideas backward, it's some professor from the Indiana University School of Medicine.
Another one, published by the Mayo Clinic:

Just to note, I have mine bitter. I'm already a sweet enough person as it is, don't ned extra sugar.
I don't drink much coffee, usually one or 2 at the weekend.
I find I get a headache instantly with coffee.
I also dehydrate easily, I wake up every morning dehydrated and with a mini hangover until I drink a pint of water. I don't get it either because I always thought it was too much tea drinking but I cut right back and it still existed. Then I blamed the cigs but I quit over a year ago and the problem still exists.I drink loads of water during the day as I love water so its not that. I can only think its my diet....
I converted to porridge about six months ago and it's changed my life
None of this sachet carp, it's all sugar.
Get a bag of porridge oats, it costs about 75p and lasts a fortnight.
Heat it in a pan with milk for ten minutes. Chuck some honey on. Fills you up for hours and actually tastes great. You can't beat it.
ioag there's lots of literature on how having a certain amount of red wine is good for you as well.
Usually these pieces are massively interpreted. The chinese whispers between the lab and the newspaper are enormous.
I would believe coffee has chemicals in it which are good for you. I don't think that it is the complete package however.
Note also there's probably a big difference in sub genus of the plant and in the soil of the regions they grow it

Sounds like a good plan
Usually something fast for me, couple of Weetabix with a chopped up banana and yogurt or milk
The only downside is the pan is a pain in the arris to clean after
I go about four or five tablespoons of oats, and about half a small carton of milk. It's a winner.
I've never drunk a cup of tea in my life. And only about five cups of coffee ever.

I used to be proper addicted to these. Two or three bowls a day, every single day, for about ten years. Best years of my life.
Sometimes I'd mix it up with coco pops or frosties.

I used to mix nesquik and coco pops together, brilliant stuff and the milk at the end was better than any chocolate milkshake you can buy.

And it is, at least according to my wife, who's a cardiologist in practice. Note though that it's a limited amount, and the benefits are as regards heart disease, not liver disease.
Admittedly, the amounts of coffee I drink are way ott, but the drink itself deffo isn't the big, bad monster it's made out to be and there is plenty of credible research to back me up.
I actually do care about my diet, eat (and feed my kids) organic produce where I can afford it, more or less observe the nutritional pyramid, etc. What I don't do is beat myself over having some guilty pleasures.
I'm of a similar opinion with most of the things we consume. Everything (even water!) is bad for you if you do too much of it, and you can get away with almost anything you consume providing it's not in excess quantity.
Oh, and I smoke too btw - about 7 a day, additive-free tobacco.

I didn't use too....It's where I was trying to be healthy a few years back by drinking more water and at first hated it and missed juice or a coke. Now I don't miss any of that fizzy crap. Water does it for me, nothing quenches thirst like water... has to be bottled water though no tap rubbish. I also drink alcohol
