If I could only eat 1 again I would consider that very unrestrictive

I guess when i'm very drunk I have been known to have a mcdonalds burger. So them.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
yesterday I ordered 2 cheeseburgers from the mcdonalds drive through at midnight. I had eaten them by the time I had gotten home, which is five mins later

I am actually in good shape though would you believe
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Chronic how old are you if you don't mind me asking?

I sue to be able to eat like that and eat anything I wanted until I hit 30

My Mrs has crisp sandwiches for breakfast, every day.

2 slices of bread, buttered, 1 plain pack of walkers crisps on top and folded over.

Every single morning (even on holiday where possible) since she was at uni for the first time around 9 years ago.

She eats well, and healthy every other meal of the day and plenty of fruit/veg, a good mixed diet. But that breakfast every day is criminal

She's at least switched to wholegrain bread recently
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Haha that's amazing

Doesn't she get bored?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Never, I have asked that many times.

Before we lived together she used to bring a pack & 2 slices of bread round if she was staying over for the morning. Her hand luggage for a weekend away always has a few bags in and half a loaf
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That reminds me of the Karl Pilkington episode when he was packing to go to China and packed pickled onion monster munch because he wasn't sure of their food

haha i meant in a ' you can only have one of these 4 brands again for the rest of your life'

Mine would be BK, but fast food chains are pretty much off limits at home. About 3 or 4 times a year I'll slink off for a Whopper when no one's looking.

Breakfast
Berrocca
Yakhult
Fruit strawberries blueberries and raspberries banana Apple.

Love fruit but find it hard to eat breakie. Used to be black coffee and Marlboro for breakfast but am being much healthier - no cigs.

I see a few on here swim. I love it. I do 3 swims of 2k each per week. Two circuit sessions per week and at least one 10k run per week.

Fittest I've been in about 15 years (I'm 41 on Friday)

I like meet to much Leeds.

Although If I had to kill animals for my food I would soon change my mind.

Poor little piggy

Berocca in a morning is a regular

If you had to kill the animal yourself I reckon i'd be alright. I mainly eat chicken and I think I have the balls to put a bolt through a cow's head once a year or so.

Nice one mate. I'm doing the same, running, circuits etc(bar swimming - maybe I should start swimming?) and also packed up the cigs a year ago.

I'm 32 and this is the healthiest and fittest I've been since I was 15. Feels great.

I reckon I would struggle...although saying that I probably don't know what hunger is until I kill for food.

Depends how you kill 'em too. Push of a button vs. with your bare hands is a big difference.

yeah how they die is an interesting one.

cant ever say ive been a fan of buying lobster and crab in decent restaurants, just watching them fall into a boiling pot of water.

will eat them at home though.

do you watch them though? surely they do that in the kitchen?

posted on 22/3/16

some local restaurants in spain near our family place, they take you to the tank and make you pick one and then just have real open plan kitchens.

dont get me wrong im a hippercrit as il happily have someone take lives for me if i cant see it, it just kinda brings it home when your there choosing.

Yeah I choose to ignore the whole killing animals thing for food as if I think about it its quite upsetting but I love my meat.

Ignorance is bliss I guess.

posted on 22/3/16

exactly mate, i try to just rationalise why i eat it, but really struggle.

i just fooooking love the taste, and thats the bottom line.

depends if you believe in the food chain or not.

you could always leave the crab in the sea to get bitten in half by a shark ...

I'm loving swimming again. I used to swim a lot when I was younger (racing and life saving) and have started it again recently because my hip keeps coming out of it socket when I play football. It's been great to lose the weight I put on because of the injury and plus it's helping me with strengthen my hip again.

I've been going 10 times a week now (before and after work most days and Sunday for a double session) and I really look forward to it as it's a lot more fun than going to the gym for me.

its very good for you but its so much effort. I have a swimming pool in the complex were I live, along with a gym, and have used the pool twice ever

early morning swim would be an amazing routine to get into though
