Kante hasn't even completed a full season in the PL yet and at the same age Carrick wasn't half the player Kante is now. France have much better options in midfield than we have yet he's shining for France.
Kante will absolutely 100% become a far better player.

Would you compare Makelele with Carrick in terms o the type of player they are?

Exactly. Carrick is a great player and his range of passing is phenomenal and he wins that battle hands down but tackles and interceptions Kante wins all day. He was number one in the whole of Europe last season 👍

arro before Carrick came our record in CL was poor. Now we hold many records and lead uefa coefficient over a 5 year period.
Concerned about Kante's comments this morning?

Can see plenty of offers coming in for him, great player.
Offers will no doubt come in but he's going to cost a fortune so it will be interesting to see if anyone will pay for him. He's still got three years left on his contract so again won't be going anywhere on the cheap. Still don't think he'll leave though.
He said he's not interested in playing outside the PL though as this is the best league for him to show what he can do and Pep wants Pogba apparently and I cant see him going to anyone not in the CL which limits it to Spurs and Arsenal.
