Dele Alli is 19 and had no experience until this season and he's slotted in no problem so to suggest that Amartey can't is a bit baffling?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Delli Alli was playing first team football from the age of 16, albeit at a lower level. He scored his first goal a few weeks later. He became a regular first team player at 17. He scored seven goals in that season, from central midfield. He was linked to Bayern and Liverpool having been scouted at the 4-0 thrashing of United. The following season he scored a couple of hattricks and won young player of the season. He then moved to the Premier League, with Spurs at 18/19 and has since performed excellently for Spurs this season and broke into the England team giving a good account of himself.

To say Alli had no experience prior to this season is a complete re-write of history. I was fuming when we didn't sign him, he looked a special talent at such a young age and was performing against players twice his age and size.

On Kante, I only started watching out for him recently when somebody on the board here mentioned how good he was and whoever it was, was correct. He looks a top player, quick, great in the tackle and intercepting and also quite good at getting the ball forward in order for his team to get on the counter. All the top clubs will be after him this season, he's been your best player and would be the one, if any, I can see leaving.

Mourinho will make him his new Makelele for us next season.

Do you realise you're not playing CL football and probably won't even be in Europe? He won't go to Chelsea, United or Liverpool, no way 😂

Alli still hadn't played PL or even Championship and slotted into the PL. Amartey has played for Ghana and in Europe so has played a better standard of football prior to the PL so no reason why he can't.

He won't go to United mate, you're dreaming if you think he's going to leave Leicester playing in the CL for any club that isn't, simply dreaming 👍

We aren't any club, we are the biggest club in the land.

Kante is clearly ambitious to play for a big club, you don't get much bigger. Of course he'd come to United.

And you're not playing in the CL, wakey wakey mate, you're not the pull you used to be! Time to smell the coffee 👍

Season hasn't finished.

I know we are not what we once were, but I'm not talking about signing Real Madrid's best player I'm talking about signing Leicester's.

He wants to play for a big club in England clearly, so of course he'd want to come. You're deluded if you think otherwise.

Oh my days.

Kante would walk to united if they came calling and nobody else did, rather than stay at Leicester.

As for the CL, Leicesters life span in that tournament will be short lived sao it won't be much of a pull when a guy can go to the biggest club in the land and triple his wages, not to mention knowing full well he has more chance of future success at untied than at Leicester.

If he wants to play for United he will most likely wait until you're in a better position, why rush?

He can play there whenever and at 25 has plenty of time. United have a load of work to do before you're a top team again, you need a complete overhaul and that's an absolute reality. Maureen or not you need loads of players and there is no guarantee chucking money at it is going to work.

I will put money on him not going to United next season!!

The truth is I'm not bothered if he leaves or not, it would be good for him to stay but I don't care because I think Amartey has the potential to be even better. He's bigger, more physical and one of our frailties is our height, we concede most of our goals from corners and with his height in the team we won't be so vulnerable. He also has a better range of passing and scores goals too.

Plus we will get a fortune for him.

BTW Carrick now Rooney is injured the captain of Manchester United Let that sink in He captained us to the derby win Has Kante been captain yet of Leicester City? I don't think he has.

I think Saints will beat Leicester City 2-1 or be it most of my predictions have been hopeful and only West Ham United prediction of the big hitters of them drawing did I get right. but I was hoping the top sides would drop points. Reckon Leicester City will just win the title though to make Spurs and Arsenal fans even more annoyed

Carrick was amazing this game, they should rename him satnav instead of Scholes

Thats why Carrick is a much better player then Kante. He would easily walked into that Barcelona team. He tackles, passes and crosses amazingly this game and reads the game so well and is telling players were to go like he is the boss. Wish I could rewind back to those days.
